Why can't I nominate a badge for a listener?

...See more I had a really good chat with this listener, so I went to their profile to nominate them for a badge, but the button to do so is nowhere to be found. Yet I still see that button in other listeners' profiles. Is there a setting or a requirement that they must meet before being able to be nominated?

...See more Hello. I'm supporting a loved one with DID (dissociative identity disorder). When we first discovered that my loved one had DID, I didn't receive any support for a long, long time. I now have adequate knowledge on the condition as well as general mental health. But sometimes the feelings of helplessness come back, which makes me feel very lonely, and I'm not willing to share about this with anyone irl. I'm looking for a listener who can offer long-term yet occasional support during my hard days (mostly about loneliness, separation). Offline chatting is fine. Please reply in this thread first instead of PMing. I also have a listener account so sometimes I can provide support back to the one that's been helping me. Thank you.
