My life feels pointless and I am so scared

...See more I am having really bad existential depression and anxiety. The past two months it has gone on but the past 2 weeks it has gotten really bad. I wake up anxious and wondering about life and questioning things and feeling alone. My life itself scares me. I can't find comfort in anything. I don't want to die. But I don't want to live with this always in my head. I'm not suicidal. I am just really afraid that this way of thinking will stay it's utter torture. I always knew I would die and all that stuff but it's like a switch went off on me and I see things differently. I see people saying find your purpose and all this but my head says in the grand scheme of things why does it matter? We die. I don't want to live like this. It's so scary and I cry and feel sick all the time. I want to go back to just living and not thinking about this stuff but now that I am so aware of it I'm scared I'll never be the same. Everyday feels so long and I'm just so tired. Any advice or something would be amazing.
