hi my name is char and i am 16. i have had anxiety ever since i can remember and the past few years have been causing me to feel depressed. i still love my friends, family, school, and sports - even though often my anxiety/depression gets in the way :// it is hard for me to open up and ask for help, but im making my way and hoping things will get better for me, and YOU too! <3
