Hi! I am glad you have found me on 7 Cups of Tea! I am a listener and am open to anyone who wants to talk, but my expertise lies in anxiety and the uncomfortable stuff that follows, stress and both ends of the mood spectrum (depression and mania). I love broadway and kpop and my favorite bands are Shinedown and Halestorm. I love to read and have read almost everything! (From textbooks to the popular fiction of today).
