They try their best to connect their experiences with yours even though it might not necessarily be the same experience. I feel as if they do this to show that it is possible to get through any mental roadblock or disability or illness and it's really comforting to know that you're not the only one that has been through something like what you're going through. There is no other level of comfort above knowing that who you're talking to isn't just listening but they're understanding. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this listener they're very sweet very kind and will work with you through diagnosis no diagnosis symptoms no symptoms.... the whole 9 yards
