...See more I’m going to focus on that. Today is better than yesterday for me. My anxiety isn’t as high. Yesterday, my anxiety stole something from me. My daughter had a school competition, and I had a very hard time focusing on her, but I showed up, regardless, and that helped me fight it instead of just folding to my desire to hide away. I felt almost hopeless yesterday, but getting just a little reprieve from my anxiety today has reminded me there is hope for better things, better days, and for me to develop the skills I need to be a better me.
