...See more Hi, I am new to message boards, and 7cups, really anything like this. I think it's a beautiful website/concept that I would love to be apart of and one that I am working to be apart of, with the goal of becoming a listener who really helps people. I started my eating disorder/severe night anxiety therapy journey almost 2 years ago. I work with a therpapist and dietician to work on these difficulties in my life. I have learned so much during this time. I have so much more to learn but I thought this would be a great place to help as well as keep learning for my own journey. But, I'm a little overwhelmed with where to start on here so I figured I would start here on the Welcome board and go from there. :) Have a good day, Liz
