...See more I’ve never associated what I do with an eating disorder until talking to a friend today. When I’m upset or feeling like I had a rough day, I get something really bad to eat and eat all of it even if I’m full. Like yesterday I ate an entire package of cookie dough even though it was making me so sick and I felt so full. I just couldn’t stop. I buy all this healthy food and eat none of it because everytime I’m upset I get some terrible takeout food to “treat myself” and I eat it until I am beyond the normal amount of full. It’s bad for my bank account and my belly.
