I am a widower, mother of identical twin daughters and a son; who are all adults and out of the home. My husband's death was sudden; I found him on our living room floor already deceased. I have experienced (experiencing) grief, PTSD as well as anxiety and depression.
I have Fibromyalgia, IBS, a herniated disc, CFS; I'm in pain daily. I have found ways of coping with the pain in order to have a life that I can enjoy. I work full-time and I am a licensed Minister of the Gospel. I am also a teacher and speaker at various conferences and events throughout the DMV area.
