...See more Everyday I’m in constant defeat there’s not a moment where I feel in peace with myself, its always a constant worry that I’m going to have to call 911 because of loss of consciousness, feeling out of breathe, possible heart attack, feeling of going crazy, etc etc. I fear everyday of dying. I don’t go out that much anymore because of thinking that something like that may happen while I’m out in the world, most of the days I’m here at home with my children. I feel like I’m loosing precious moments with them because of how I feel, everyday I’m worrying about how I’m feeling that day that I can’t focus 100% on them (by the way I do not neglect them) I just don’t spend time with them as much as I should! And that right there makes me feel angry and sad 😞
