...See more Halo, Saya seorang mahasiswi yang sedang berjuang menyelesaikan skripsi saya dok. Saya memiliki sedikit perdebatan dengan orang tua dimana mereka selalu membanding-banding kan saya dengan anak-anak teman mereka yang sudah lulus. Saya merasa sangat sedih. Saya sedang berjuang namun merasa tidak disupport oleh keluarga sendiri. Saya mulaj menarik diri dari pergaulan dan tidak mau bercerita kepada keluarga atau teman-teman saya tentang apa yang saya alami karena saya benar-benar merasa insecure dan sangat takut untuk di judge. Saya benar-benar merasa sendiri dan kesepian tapi tetap tidak bisa reach out ke mereka. Saya benar-benar memutuskan kontak karena saya merasa tidak akan bisa bercerita kepada mereka. Saya sendirian kos dan sangat jarang keluar dari kos. Saya merasa tidak ada orang yang benar-benar bisa saya percaya. Beberapa hari ini saya hanya menangis dan memang merasa tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa. Saya sempat berpikir untuk self harm tapi saya mengingat di agama saya itu dilarang. Sehingga saya mulai mencarj cara lain yaitu konsultasi online. Hello, sorry if I make grammatical mistakes, english is my second language. I am a student who is struggling to complete my thesis. I had a bit of an argument with my parents where they always compared me with their friends' children who had graduated. I feel very sad. I am struggling but feel unsupported by my own family. I am not the type of person that can easily talk to their parents about all of my problems. I tend to bottle up my emotions and this time I feel it's really hit me hard. I completely cut contact with my family and friends because I felt like I wouldn't be able to tell them my problems. I feel really insecure and very afraid to be judged and I feel completely alone and lonely at the same time. I live alone in a boarding house and very rarely leave the boarding house. These few days I just cried and felt like I couldn't do anything. I had thought about self harm but I remember in my religion it is forbidden.
