...See more Hey. Im reaching out because I cant find anyone to talk to that gets what Im saying. Im soon to be 17 and UK size 10 and feel fat. Im, my life revolves around counting calories and the gym. A good day for me is eating nothing and working of calories. I just dont know what to do with myself. Theres a voice in my head screaming fat. And I just want to lose weight. I dont think Im that bad? I just get Nervous when someone mentions food, we went to nandos and the best thing I thought to get was a salad and later that day ran off the calories. I just need some One to talk to, I cant exactly go up to my mum and dad and say Hey I hate my body.
