Struggled with my mental health for many years and it has been a long journey so far and one I am still learning to manage. I love my wide range music and having a sing-a-long by myself as it makes me feel better.
Recently I was reassessed and diagnosed with Autism and CPTSD therefore removing the EUPD diagnosis. This has left me confused and very lost. I have masked for so long and adopted others behaviours and traits I feel will take me some time to unravel and find me.
