...See more I haven't had a panic attack in 6 months. But i have anxiety everyday. I'm scared to have a panic attack at work or while driving. I'm constanly worried i'll have one. It seems like anything triggers it. I freak myself out thinking i'm going to have one. Idk how to stop my thoughts.
