...See more does use of internet or phone ever seem out of control for you or a loved one Has it ever seem like the line between fun and dysfunction is unclear. Everyone uses phone and internet these days for some people this use can become an addiction or what we can call substance use disorder. It involves out of control use of a substance even though it causes you harm. People with an addiction become focused on using the substance to the point where they have problems with day-to-day functioning. People with serious addiction will continue to use substances even when they know it is causing or can cause harm. Heavy substance use directly impacts the body and mind and can affect part of the brain that controls how you think, make decisions, learn, remember and control your behavior. How can you help someone struggling with substance use or are YOU the one struggling with it. Learn about it more and speak up, offer constructive support and don't wait for them or YOU to hit the bottom. Substance use disorders are treatable and recoveries are totally possible( I have also been struggling of this before) for more information text me. Stay healthy and care for yourself. Everything will be okay☺️.
