I believe that empathy is fundamental to human connection and the foundation to can truly helping each other. I have lived experience, struggling with anxiety and diagnosed with bipolar disorder 3 years ago. I have experienced imbalances in all aspects of my life and it still is a difficult journey, however for the most part I am a curious person and constantly look for ways to maintain a rhythm that keeps me highly functional.
