Hello! I'm in my late 20s and have had experience with anxiety for the past 10 years, including more intense panic attacks. I was a special education teacher for several years and am exploring a path back into education via counseling. I want to be a direct line for folks to lean on. The support I can provide in concentrated moments of need strikes me as one of the deepest interactions two individuals can have, and I am intent on and committed to approaching these conversations with love and care.
