Hello, I'm glad you found me! I'm a trained listener and have experience with anxiety, relationships, and emotional awareness. A little about myself I am in the health field, was a collegiate athlete, happy owner of a cute little pup, and from a large family. I've struggled with letting myself show emotions or being able to understand my own emotions through various situations I've dealt with but am now on a better path and would love to listen and help however I can!
