Hi, welcome (: I am a trained active listener and I am passionate about supporting people who are going through hard times in their life or disorders/mental illness such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD/Autism, Schizophrenia and Psychosis. I listen without judgement and have empathy and skills to provide listening skills and to appropriately help you in whatever you want support for. I have my own experiences with mental illness and Autism so I am happy to listen.
