...See more Hi, i'm new here. Actually English isn't my first language so I'm sorry if you might find it hard to understand. For the past few months, I've been feeling so down. Like everything not turn out like I want it to be. And for some reasons, I keep feeling down and blue. Feels like I have no energy. I've tried to be positive but that negative feeling won't go away. Like something inside my mind keeps telling me it's all hopeless. I don't know what to do, I don't know if this is depression or what. I even have cut all my connection with my friend. I didn't contact them, I didn't appear in group chat, I deleted my social media account, and I haven't hanged out with anyone for a long time. I know this is so wrong but I just afraid. I don't know what I'm afraid of, but I really don't want to meet other people. I think the song Anxiety by Julia Michaels really describes what I'm feeling rn. So yeah, I just found out about this app and I wanted to give it a try. But I feel like I'm not ready yet to talk to a listener so here I am writing this post, trying to loosen up my mind a little bit. Thank you if you reading this. And I hope I can't find some strengths later.
