Without knowing what listener I am talking to, my husband notices positive changes when I am talking to Paula. She is definitely a favorable life changer. Paula is inspirational, perceptive, mindful, kind, intuitive, and genuinely cares about listening to people. For myself she has proven to become the absolute standard of loving-kindness, compassion, altruism, and understanding.
In certain cultures, people carry around talismans in small pouches to remind them of positive ideas and values. I truly want to find something to remind me of Paula. Through her support, I know I will progress further along my journey than I ever thought possible.

There are times when you just need to feel support, encouragement, and Paula 02 was there for me. She got me back on track, just where I needed to be. Paula is always compassionate and I am so glad she volunteers at 7 cups. I have learned so much from her that it is unbelievable. Even things she hasn't meant to teach me.
