I am experienced in living with, recovering from, and listening to struggles with mental illness, addiction (alcohol, drugs, food, sex), anxiety, depression, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, EDNOS), and childhood trauma and neglect. I am happy to listen to any adult about anything.

...See more Hi all! Listener on this site, also a sober alcoholic and recovering bipolar II diagnosed human being. I use DBT (completed skills group x2, now just with therapist) and mindfulness via DBT and as a spiritual practice. I'd love to check in and become more community based in my practice for personal growth and listener skill. ((Hugs!))
