Hello! I'm a trained active listener on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm glad you found me here. I enjoy helping people who are struggling with family stress and all the problems that arise from it. I have lived through a lot and keep getting back up again. I know I couldn't have done it on my own and so I am returning the favor to others. I know what it's like to feel alone. You are not alone. You are loved for you. You don't have to prove yourself. You are amazing. I like to swim, run, hike, go boating, dance, listen to music, explore, knit (and all fiber arts), paint, play piano, hang out with friends, shop, and play games. I'm excited to be helping people.
