I am 38 and I have a huge amount of trauma. There is too much for me to work through. I have felt completely alone my whole life. I am very broken. I am always running from the darkness but I get sucked into the void consistently.

...See more Hello. I am 38 and have been through so much. I have a counselor but I don't have anyone in my life that I feel safe to talk to. I used to talk to my sister but she struggled with addiction and passed away 2 years ago. I am married but my feelings have changed because of stuff that has happened between us and outside of our relationship. I don't know what to do. I feel like I am failing as a mother also. I dont have friends anymore. I cannot connect with anyone anymore. I don't even know what I need or what to ask for here.
