...See more Hi everyone I'm new here. I've heard a lot about 7cup and wanted to give it a try. I'm in a LDR which is soon to not be so since I'll be visiting them in a month. Although I'm very excited to meet them, I'm worried. Whenever we have a call or chat, in a vivid way, the world seems so stressful. Everything seems to be overbearing and sad. To be very honest, I know they are going through a lot and so am I. They do acknowledge all of this but can't seem to figure out how to not be this way. And I can't bluntly state that being gloomy is making their life even gloomier. For instance, whenever there is even a slight hitch, their first thought is always life sucks and everyone hates them. I know it's their subconscious thought process trying to deny what they have, I try my best to help them. Still it comes down to me not giving them enough time. I am currently on a very hectic schedule and whatever time I get outside of my work, I give to them and my family. I do love them, and I want to see them happy. I just don't know how
