How do I move on?

...See more My last relationship was for 3 years. My ex bf stopped talking to me outta the blue. Despite several tries to get us to be cool again, I got tired and gave up when he didn’t put in the same effort. He calls me randomly and tells me he was going through something and another reason was that “ I was too ambitious “ lol I don’t even know what I want to do with my life. How am I ambitious? Honestly, if you’d ask, throughout the relationship, I tried so hard to win him over. I tried so hard to have him like me. I tried so hard to make him fall in love with me. I’d say he is a go getter. He would pass certain comments like if you don’t get All A’s we will breakup. I knew he didn’t mean that, but I just felt like I needed to up my game so he could keep choosing me. He would excitingly talk about people moving abroad, people getting perfect grades… yah dah yah dah…. Currently, I’m exhausted. I have gotten myself to believe no one will ever like me and even if they do, they would walk away eventually just like my dad recently did my mom… the one boy I deeply fell in love with and liked, doesn’t want me anymore. It’s almost been a year since he ghosted me. How the *** do I move on?
