...See more Im not sure what it is, but as soon as the nights become longer and the days become shorter I get very sad. I feel alone and this sadness comes around every fall/winter time. I havent figured out ways to help me get out of this funk so I was wondering if anyone else was going through this as well and could give me tips on how to break this seasonal depression.
