I believe mental health can overall help in growth of hoomans 😃
Currently working on my sharing circle skills.
I cater especially to women and teen members, as I believe these groups often need a space where they can feel truly understood.
I offer support in areas such as stress, self-confidence, friendships, family life, and personal growth always with empathy and respect.
