...See more Hello all. This is my first day on the site and I’m honestly a little overwhelmed (as I usually am by any sort of social media), but you all seem genuinely nice so I’m going to try my best. I signed up because I have been going through a rough patch with my mental and physical health. I’m in my 20s and have been diagnosed with PTSD and ADHD recently, with older diagnoses of anxiety/depression along with fibromyalgia and arthritis. It’s very hard to stay hopeful and positive at times (like now) but I owe it to myself and those who love me to keep trying. Mainly hoping for judgment-free listening/encouragement and to hopefully help some of you in the future. Thanks for reading.
