Hello I am here on 7 cups of tea to offer nonjudgemental listening. I have trained on a crisis line which was one of few to focus on listening only and anotamous. By just being heard, I think people in the process get their own answers, and not from someone else. Solving or reframing one's issue themselves, I think increases self esteem and personal knowledge of self. In other words personal growth. No one is immune to issues that come up in their lives including myself. But it helps to be supported by caring and compassion from another to work thru it. And I learn in the listening as well.
