...See more Depressive feelings can become so overwhelming that sometimes we can't find the right words to express what is really going on in our minds and hearts. When we don't have a broad "feelings vocabulary", it might feel as if we have not fully expressed our pain, and therefore, we may hold on longer to our pain. Today, I want to share with you "The Feelings Wheel". This a tool to help you do just that, broaden your feelings vocabulary, and perhaps, find some relief in naming what has been troubling you more specifically.
