...See more This is a poem a wrote about depression and self harm, the “you” is depression. Title-I’m Gone Am I here , or just living in fear, That you’ll come back to haunt me. Your not me, your living in me, but your not me. You took my all, down to the feelings, Down to the bone. Nothings left, is that best, Better than you here, Living my head. I feel nothing at all, I’m just numb, Until I feel the burn, is it just dumb? The slow rise, the aching burn, I crave it, I feel the burn, does it help, Until you return? You drained my colour, I’m like a skeleton, You don’t see my cover. When can I have me back, when will you be done, I thought you were, but I’m here haunted. The urge, the image, the thought, the damage. The burn. You disappear, then your back, When you’re here everything feels black. I’m gone, nothings left, am I stolen, will I be back? I won’t ever know, but the burn, that will distract.

...See more idk how to know if i’m having depressive episodes or am just sad and over reacting like when i have these times i don’t wanna talk to anyone dont feel like doing anything and have no motivation and am tired and just wish i could feel back to normal again but then sometimes i want to feel depressed idek it doesn’t really make sense then i just wanna be high and honestly now drunk cause i had no weed and am drunk now and it’s great but i know i’m prone to be addicted to stuff and j don’t wanna be addicted to alcohol cause i already and to marijuana and vaping. this actually is just a yap but if anyone replies that would be very appreciated.

...See more can anyone help find a way to quit using marijuana, it’s nearly been a year using it everyday with a few breaks and i want to quit but the cravings and the fact i can’t sleep properly when i don’t use it and just the anxiety of not using makes it rlly hard. can anyone help?
