Hello, I’m currently a student graduating with a bachelor’s in social work of this year and will go on to receive my master’s in social work in the next year. I have been trained in how to listen and give feedback. I also have a background in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I like to support people who struggle with depression/anxiety, daily stressors, bipolar, relationship issues, and school/college life.
