...See more Hello everyone i am new here I have had anxiety my whole life but now it is getting to a new level I really struggle specifically with anxiety sickness that comes with it So i am a senior in highschool and i only have 8 weeks left till i graduate. I got into a good school and i have an amazing girlfriend But the past 2 and half months my anxiety had been terrible i have had to leave school early because of how sick i feel and sometimes not go at all just to avoid those feelings. I used to spend so much time with my girlfriend but i am afraid to do that now because of how sick just being out makes me feel. Just yesterday i was feeling better than i had in a while and I had her come over but I started to feel nuseous and it was so bad i told her to leave. But a couple hours after that i felt fine again. So i guess what i am asking is what are some ways to cope with this in school and when trying to be social. I have school tomorrow and I am nervous to go because i know i will feel sick. Any help or advice at all would mean the world because my anxiety is really making life difficult. Thanks
