...See more Dear community Can you help me maybe? 48 hours (more than that actually) into a paid membership I have not used one second of therapy time because the friendly bot is in the way all the time .. Sophia the friendly bot wont let me past the Online Therapy Agreement which I click and get the message. "Unable to locate suscription for activation" .. I have paid about 48hours ago and no real progress. I have mailed support but nothing useful. Now Im stuck with a therapist I didnt choose and cant change to the one I want to talk with as she knows my situation. It feels rather like 7Cups has the money so who cares. I'm sure its not meant to be like that but .. you do have 150Dollar and I am not able to get the services I have actually paid for. I know its noones fault but its rather expensive to pay with the promise of being able to connect with jemmifer fritz PHD .. and not be able to connect.
