A bit about myself, currently I am 17 and taking the IB in Thailand. I am here because I am interested in psychology and want to improve in interacting with others and provide emotional support. I have been doing quite a lot of research about mental health in my free time, so it is nice to have a space where I can learn more practical skills to be able to help others.
I am still kind of new to this and there is a lot to learn, but I'll try my best!
