Hi! I'm glad you're here. I know what it's like to need someone to lend a supportive ear. I've been through a lot of different things, from mental hospital visits to countless therapy appointments. I'm currently diagnosed as bipolar, generalized anxiety, and ADHD. I've also dealt with some traumatic experiences in the past. While I do not claim to be an expert on these topics, I am willing to lend a listening ear to anyone who needs it. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very attentive and professional, latched on to something that made me happy and as I started to talk about that I felt more are more removed from the things that were upsetting while still giving room for those things to exist.
