This Listener knew I needed a distraction and provided one by chatting to me about my life, it was very smooth and a natural conversation. They gave me a recommendation for a coping strategy or just as something fun to do and prompted me to come back and tell them about it. They were quite nice and I do plan to try out their recommendation and and come tell them about it. Pretty good conversation and a feel a bit better after coming here pretty upset.
