Hi! I'm a trained active listener. I personally deal with my own PTSD, depression, and anxiety, but am happy to talk to anyone who wants someone to be there for them and who cares. I also know a little bit about public policy that affects us, like mental health parity and confidentiality. Additionally, I have a close family member who has bipolar disorder and dual diagnosis (abuses drugs).

Here's a little more about who I am: I have a genetic condition, so I have a physical disability (chronic pain). I'm also comfortable talking about LGBT issues. For fun, I like to read, swim, and write (mostly poetry).
