I’m glad you’re doing this for yourself. It’s not easy to live with our demons, let alone confront them. I’m hear to listen with empathy without judging.
I know firsthand the positive impact a listening ear has on your day and your healing. I’ve personally, experienced sexual, emotional and spiritual abuse. I’ve also learned to live with and manage PTSD, depression and anxiety.
