Hi! I'm Callie. I'm glad you've come to 7 Cups. All I've known that I wanted to do with my life was help people, but I couldn't think of many ways to do that since I was still in high school. I came to 7 Cups and became a listener because I want to help. I think I'd be best helping with issues like self harm, depression, suicidal thoughts and actions, social anxiety, and a wide range of body image issues from low self esteem to any kind of eating disorder. Most everything on this list I have faced myself, and the things that I haven't I feel qualified enough to talk about.

...See more I really only started feeling super socially anxious the second semester of last school year and it just hit me like a train. I had never been afraid to walk into school, or say something to a stranger, or go to a shopping mall but now I am. I don't know what to do and I have no friends. Even if I did I don't think I would have the guts to ask them to hang out. It's summer break though and I'm so lonely I feel like I'm losing my mind. I can only hang out with my mom so much. I feel like I'm going mad cooped up in my room 24/7. I feel like there is no one to reach out to since I'm not involved in any extracurricular activities and I'm not in school. I just want to get out of my house and have fun again. I don't know what to do anymore.
