I'm a 31 year old guy from north NJ, born in Korea and adopted at 3 months so lived here pretty much my whole life. Been through so much and continue to feel so much pain no matter what I try to do to help, depression has affected me since I was 3-4 and has not gotten any easier. I have trust issues and shut people out but I've recently started opening up a little more, hopefully I'll meet/talk to some good people on here. Feel free to hit me up, I could use a friend...
