...See more When have you felt calm? Even if it was a tiny bit? Maybe you noticed a deep sense of being calm or maybe it was a tiny bit of calm amongst all the chaos? Or maybe it was where you felt calm from someone else? I wanted to devote today (or maybe this whole week) to calm. I believe it's an aspect of our true nature. I sometimes find that I may be worried about something, but then I remember I am not my emotions and find a little bit of space and calm. I would like to encourage you to join me in noticing calm today (or this week), wherever it comes up and share about it.
