I have experience with forms anxiety and depression as well as many personal and family struggles. ...See more My ex-boyfriend used to be manipulative and wouldn't be happy if I said no to sexual acts or got angry or frustrated if he pushed past boundaries. Sometimes the force was physical but others it was more mental and I don't really know what to consider it as. In order for everything to be okay and peaceful between us, the relationship had to be intimate past my comfort zone and I'm starting to feel guilty and overwhelmed when thinking about it or getting into similar situations. I lost my virginity to him in order to avoid him being angry, upset, or self-harming and now I really regret it and have nightmares about it and him and I don't know how to talk about it or what to call it. I have a counsellor but she is on leave and any advice would be helpful, Thanks.
