My name is Cara, and i am a mother to two little boys, a student, and someone who’s currently navigating a pretty big season of change in life.

I’m naturally a caring and empathetic person, and I really value genuine conversations where people can be themselves without feeling judged. I love humor, meaningful conversations, getting outdoors, good coffee, and finding little moments of happiness in the middle of everyday chaos.

I joined 7 Cups because I think sometimes you just need somewhere to talk — whether you’re going through something difficult, feeling overwhelmed or lonely, or simply need another human being to listen.

I’m working on taking life one day at a time, learning more about myself along the way, and creating a peaceful, happy life for myself and my boys.
