...See more Hi, I used to have anorexia in 2008 and 2010. I recovered and gained weight back, and had a good relationship with food for 7 yrs. I started training for a marathon last year, and dropped from (Edited by Hope for mentioning weight counts). I started eating again, and now every other day it's (Edited by Hope for mentioning calorie counts). I run 50 miles a week, so I've only gained (Edited by Hope for mentioning weight counts) in 4 weeks, but I'm worried I'm gaining too fast. I restrict, binge, then binge. I can't afford insurance, so have to do it on my own this time. Recommendations appreciated .
