...See more i saw this website on istagram to try and see if it was a way for me to heal as much as i could. I only recently spoke about the abuse that happened to me a while ago and its beginning to affect my relationsships and my trust. its like im distancing myself from the people i should trust because i have a fear that ill have to through it again. i tend to avoid a situation all together so that i dont have to go through the thing that scares me, but im tired of avoiding. i want to be whole again and be able to be around someone and not have a fear or flashback of what happened. im tired of my past weighing me down and keeping me from living the way nwant to or being able to do things a normal teen does. i was comfortable before because i pushed away evrything that happened and tried to convince myself that it didnt and i feel like im doing it again and i dont want to, im tired of running from this but im not quite sure how to face the problem and overcome it while also not having it completely tear me down.
