...See more I have experience grief with the loss of my childhood best friend, the only grandpa I had in my life, and recently father (although...the grief I have experienced with him as been complicated due to various reasons). If anyone needs to talk about grief or loss, I am here to listen. You aren't alone. I wanted to share a poem I wrote about grief after I lost my friend: "I get tired of the grief  as it never truly goes away Even during the brief moments  where everything seems alright Grief will always be there  holding my hand."
