Hey im here because "one who lightens the burdens of another cant be worthless." Im not a professional ive had no official training i may give advice that could be wrong but im human and i experience emotions like feeling alone even if your in a crowd and helpless even if i can break 6 in a mile. Being human i am also around other humans and experience thier emotions over loss loved ones or self loathing. Im not professional but i will listen i will care i do care even if you don't pick me i care and hope that you will find someone who you can share your words with.
