...See more hello. I am new here. I have anxiety very badly that flares up when I have any major changes in my life. Right now I have a work change that is big.. I cant stop thinking about it and it makes me depressed and anxious. I wait up in the morning everyday with severe anxiety that lasts all morning. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thank you
